Those past months our country had to face an unprecedented situation and the hospitality & food service industry has been very much affected. This time of reflection has allowed each of us to refocus and redesign its activities.
During this exceptional period, our teams remained mobilized to prepare at best the arrival of our trainees and guarantee their safety and the one of our co-workers.
It’s in this new context that our Executive Education Centre reopened its doors on Monday June 1st, 2020. We had the pleasure to welcome 21 participants of two cuisine career retraining programs : Cuisine & Horizon and Starting-up & Managing Your Own Restaurant.
Precaution measures have been implemented in order to respect the instructions given by the authorities and insure the protection of our clients. A sanitary protocol has been elaborated to guide our employees, trainees and contributors during all the courses. This one indicate the process and the terms to follow inside our campus in Écully that rely on those fundamentals elements : the respect of the barrier gestures, the circulation in the areas, the processes of cleaning and disinfection …
Our Chefs and trainers are very happy today to be back and be able to share again live their know-how and experience.
« This episod has been the occasion for our Executive Education Centre to initiate a radical mutation in our services and to approach the world of the hospitality and food service industry with another eye. Today we have the immense privilege to get back with our clients, our trainees and with them the richness of interaction, very own foundation of education and transmission”.
