During the 10th edition of the Customer Relationship Awards, which was organized by the French Customer Relationship Association, the APICIL Group received the “Jury’s Choice” award in the “spirit of service” category, for its collaboration with the Institut Paul Bocuse around the “Service experiential”.

An immersion workshop by the steering committee within the hospitality and catering world in order to discover the excellence of education and the high values which the Institut Paul Bocuse embodies, in order to provoke reflection around the customer relationship.

The concept of customer intimacy is a strong focus of APICIL’S (the 5th social protection group) new strategic plan, 2020 CHALLENGES. In order to be increasingly closer and attentive to their customers, the Group offered its steering committee a new workshop which was developed in collaboration with the Institut Paul Bocuse. A 2-day experience within the culinary institute to discover and experience the excellence of service in a different manner.

Experience the enchantment as a customer of the restaurant, be supervised by culinary arts experts, become a real service player by welcoming and serving real customers of the restaurant… a whole panel of workshops and real-life role playing games which were designed to provoke reflection around the customer relationship. A rich experience which has also enabled managers to question themselves on a new managerial approach for the Group.
