1 week course

ART DE VIVRE: THE GOURMET GETAWAY... enjoy a special moment!

ART DE VIVRE - THE GOURMET GETAWAY by the Institut Paul Bocuse is intended for gourmets in search of a "confidential” experience as well as a chance to meet some big names in French gastronomy: cuisine, pastry and sommellerie.
Our programs are "tailor-made" around special meetings with our highly skilled experts, with Michelin-starred lunches and dinners included.
A week of discovery (Monday to Friday), in a small group of 10 people maximum, to take roads as yet unexplored: visits and private tastings behind the scenes of the biggest vineyards and local producers.

2 weeks course

ADVANCED CULINARY PROGRAM: learn better dream brighter

This 2 weeks program allows you to develop your culinary skills, learn new cooking technics and contemporary presentation.
ADVANCED CULINARY PROGRAM is a training course combining demonstrations, practical application and product knowledge.
You will further enhance your culinary skills and discover the added value of new technologies used in contemporary cuisine (vacuum cooking, low-temperature cooking, etc.).

3 weeks course

CUISINE & PASSION: beyond tradition... express your creativity!

What if traditional cuisine was in fact the springboard to contemporary cuisine? The exciting CUISINE & PASSION course invites you to a hands-on discovery of new culinary techniques that allows you to create very contemporary and highly original dishes.
The three-week program spans two weeks of cooking classes and one week of pastry classes. This exceptional cultural “emulsion” is also a unique opportunity to share your passion for cuisine with fellow food-lovers all over the world.

5 weeks course

CUISINE & CULTURE: combining traditional French gastronomy with a genuinely enriching personal experience.

This intensive five-week program is for the discerning amateur with a passion for food. The CUISINE & CULTURE program is much than an introduction to gastronomy.
You will receive expert teaching that combines demonstrations with hand-on practice. Using only quality products, you will be given a grounding in the fundamentals of French cuisine (cutting, cooking, combinations of products and flavors, dish presentation, balanced recipes, etc.), providing platform for you to move on to more advanced techniques if you wish.
A series of cultural outings and meetings with leading professionals in the region - a key part of the program - provides participants with an excellent opportunity to discover the riches of our gastronomic heritage.
